Standard Pannier Frames - KTM 1090 / 1190 Adventure & R + 1290 Super Adventure T/S/R - 2015-2017
Compliment your KTM Adventure with a set of our strong and durable pannier frames, perfect for that long tour!
Please note, this is for the Pannier frames only, for these Pannier Frames, we recommend fitting with our UTE Panniers. We recommend the following combination of pannier boxes
1 x 31L & x 38L UTE Pannier (overall width 1042mm)
1 x 38L & x 45L UTE Pannier (overall width 1122mm)
Standard - Our off-set pannier frames fit over the manufacturers standard exhaust system. To compensate for the extra width generated by the wider OE exhaust we recommend a slimmer pannier to be fitted on the exhaust side, keeping the bike balanced across the rear of the machine.

- Constructed from 18mm diameter Mild steel tube, with a 2mm wall thickness
- Precision made from accurate jigs with scalloped joints and TIG welded fully.
- These frames mount to three or more existing mounting points, and with the use of a rear ‘Stability bridging piece’ to ensure
- Complete rigidity.
- Brackets are laser cut and fully welded.
- Superbly finished, our frames are shot blasted-etch primed and powder coated black in a tough Polyester powder coat.
- All fittings and detailed fitting instructions are included.
- Compatible with Metal Mule Panniers only.
- Designed and manufactured in the UK.
